The Web Design Process
Usually taking your logo as a start point for the website, we will establish a design idea that works best for your business and what you want to achieve with website. (Don’t worry if you haven’t got a logo, we can create that for you to!) Once we have established the design we will mock up a live layout of the site with all of the navigation, image and text place holders and then we’ll send you a link to view the live mock up and make any comments or suggestions as to the design. This link remains active all the way through the design process to ensure that you always know exactly where the project is up to.
Once you are completely happy with the design and content, we do a final check to ensure all of the links, bells and whistles are behaving as they should then launch your site into the world wide web. You will then be given a secure login into your client portal which will enable to you make text and image changes, manage blog and form entries and ensure that your site is kept looking fresh. (Don’t worry, we’ll give you training on how to do this, and if you don’t want to, we’ll do it for you)
Once the site is launched we will run analytics to monitor traffic, search terms, page impressions, key words, basically all the things that will tell us how popular (or not!) the site is then after the first month we will review all of this information and make any changes necessary. Finally, we will provide you with weekly overview report on how your site is doing as well a monthly .indepth report for as long as you want it.
